Shipping policy

At Moky Education, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information so that you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed and fulfilled as promptly as possible after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination, carrier and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Shipping within Switzerland

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping discount or free-shipping eligibility will be calculated automatically at checkout.

3. International shipping

We may offer shipping to selected countries outside Switzerland. Available destinations, shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the products in your order.

International shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds, where applicable, may differ from those offered within Switzerland.

4. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Orders shipped in multiple packages

Some products may be stored or fulfilled from different locations or by different fulfilment partners. As a result, products purchased together in a single order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Where applicable, your order may therefore be delivered in two or more packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may be provided separately for each package when an order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.

Please allow some time after receiving a tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update.

7. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mokyedu.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

8. Delays, lost or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mokyedu.com, quoting your order number and providing any relevant information or photographs.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the fulfilment partner or carrier to find a solution. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

9. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient upon import.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays. Any mandatory consumer rights or disclosure requirements applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Returns

Shipping an order to you and returning a product are subject to different conditions. For information about returns, return shipping costs, defective products and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not send a return to an address without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
